How does AmpHealth work?
You can start treatment with three easy steps:
- Complete the online quiz to see if you’re qualified
- Obtain your personalized weight loss plan
- We will review your medical history and weight loss goals and if eligible, approve you for the medication
- If you have questions, speak to a board-certified and licensed healthcare provider through a telehealth call (audio or video).
- If you are medically approved, receive your medication in the mail and begin the program. We start with a low dose and increase your dosage after 3-4 weeks. We monitor your progress each month and adjust your dosage as needed. Email us at admin@myamphealth.com if you have any questions or concerns.
What types of medication may be prescribed?
Should one of our board-certified providers prescribe medication, options may include GLP-1 medications like semaglutide (the active ingredient in Wegovy® & Ozempic®) or tirzepatide (the active ingredient in Zepbound™ & Mounjaro®). Other medications could include drugs like metformin. Medication to alleviate symptoms like nausea might also be part of your care plan.
How much does the AmpHealth Weight Loss program cost?
The monthly subscription fee is $79.00, which includes:
- Personal Nutrition Plan, ongoing check-ins and education
- Virtual Consult with Licensed Doctor anytime
- Weight Loss Coach with weekly check-ins
- Access to Nutrition app to track progress, access to diet and exercise content
Note: The cost of medication is separate. Prescriptions are based on medical history.
What if I need to cancel?
Just send us an email at info@myamphealth.com. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
How soon will I receive my medication?
After you are approved for the medication by one of our board-certified providers, the pharmacy takes about 5-10 business days for processing due to high volume. Once processed, the medication is shipped expedited.
